Hunt Seat Opens Semester in Colorado

The Colby Community College equestrian team had a successful showing at the first hunter seat shows of the semester on Feb. 15 and 16 in Colorado Springs, Colo.

The hunt seat team put in some outstanding rides at our show, said Coach Sara Jamison.  "I'm excited to carry this momentum into our last regular season show and regionals in March."

CCC currently has three riders qualified for the Hunt Seat Regionals: Maleia Powell, Nalleli Rollf, and Elizabeth Wright. The hunt squad is back in action for the final regular season show on March 8, with Regionals following on March 9 in Colorado Springs.
