Trojans qualify one for regionals at first hunt show
Equestrian team riders Summer Biscan, Isabella Ostmeyer, and Nellie Kaner placed first at a hunt seat show hosted by Colorado College and the University of Colorado Colorado Springs on Oct. 8 and 9 in Colorado Springs. With her finish, Biscan qualified for the regional postseason competition in March.
"I'm very proud of our riders at our first hunt seat show of the season, and I'm excited to already have one rider qualified for regionals," said Coach Sara Jamison. "We have several sophomore riders close to qualifying, so we will hopefully add to that list at our next competition."
The hunt seat squad returns to the saddle this Saturday and Sunday in Longmont, Colo., for a show hosted by the University of Colorado Boulder.
