Hodsden named Athlete of the Week

Colby Community College cross country sophomore Regan Hodsden was the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) NJCAA Division I athlete of the week after her performance at the Fort Hays State Tiger Classic on October 9.
The Mitchell, Neb., native ran to a solid fourth-place finish as the top NJCAA Division I runner covered the 5k course in 18:47.4, her fastest on any 5k course. She finished in last year's NJCAA Division I Championships as part of Colby's runner-up team.
Hodsden is the third woman from Colby to be named National Athlete of the Week in cross country.
