Barbosa Conference Athlete of the Week

Trojans runner Ricardo Barbosa is the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference (KJCCC) Division I Men's Track and Field Athlete of the Week after his  3000-meter steeplechase performance at the Drake Relays on April 26 in Des Moines, Iowa.

The sophomore from Agulva, Portugal, broke the Colby school record and notched the best time in the NJCAA, clocking an 8:42.77.

The Trojans men and women are in Coffeyville Thursday, Friday, and Saturday competing in the Region VI Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
