2019 Volleyball Camps
The Colby Community College volleyball program will hold summer camps for various age groups. Registration fees range from $45 to $115 and will be directed by tenth-year head coach Carey Jones and her staff. All participants receive a Trojan volleyball T-shirt.

MIDDLE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL

Middle School Skills Camp (students entering grades 5-8)
June 3-4, Overnight all day
- Learn passing, setting, hitting and serving
- Play in game-like drills
Elementary Skills (students entering grades 1-5)
June 5-6, 9 a.m.-noon
- Learn passing, setting, hitting and serving
- Play volleyball mini-games
Setter Clinic (entering grades 7-12)
June 7, 10 a.m.-noon and 1-4 p.m.
- In-depth setter footwork, technique, hand and set placement
- Specific setting technique drills
HS Skills Camp (entering grades 9-12)
June 26-27, overnight all day
- Develop passing, setting, hitting, blocking, defense, serving & serve-receive
- Play in game-like situations and drills

When: Wednesday evenings in June (5,12,19, 26) 5:30pm-7:00pm
Where: Colby Community Building - 285 E 5th St, Colby, KS 67701
Cost: $45 per child -- can make checks payable to CCC.
Details: Volley-tots program is designed to help kids focus on developing motor movements and hand-eye coordination through different agility and sport-specific activities. Kids 3-7 will also be introduced to the sport of volleyball while having fun and gaining a passion for sports.
