Thibadeau signs with CSU—Pueblo
Colby Community College volleyball player Elaine Thibadeau signed a letter of intent Wednesday to continue her education and career at Colorado State University-Pueblo.
From Monument, Colo., Thibadeau transferred to Colby after playing her freshman season at Adams State University. In her sophomore year as a Trojan, the 5-foot-6 libero posted 488 digs. Her 4.40 digs per set ranked fourth in the Jayhawk Conference western division and she had the highest mark in the West with 58 service aces.
Twice during the season, Thibadeau earned conference defensive player of the week honors and in October was named NJCAA Division I defensive player of the week.
At CSUP, she intends to major in computer information systems with an emphasis in cybersecurity.
