After completing a span in which the Trojans went 4-2, volleyball middle blocker Milica Djukic earned Jayhawk Conference Division I week 8 Defensive Player of the Week honors for the first time this season and setter Kyndal Bacon was recognized as Setter of the Week for the third time. Two of the team's four wins came outside of the Jayhawk Conference, including a victory over No. 7 Iowa Western Community College.

The Trojans are ranked No. 20 in the latest NJCAA poll. They play at Barton Community College Wednesday before returning to the Community Building for the final regular season home match Saturday against third-ranked Seward County. The game begins at 2 p.m.
