Three Equestrian Riders Qualify for Regionals

Three Trojans qualified for western regional competition after their performances on Nov. 4 at shows in Lincoln, Neb., hosted by the University of Nebraska.

Nellie Kaner and Lily Cannon earned enough points to qualify in the Rookie B division; Kirsten Miessler qualified in the Level II division.

"Everyone is working hard in practice and riding well, said Head Coach Jessica Bugbee. "I'm excited to see where the spring semester takes us."

Colby was the reserve high-point team in both shows. The western riders now take a break from competition until February.
