Final hunt seat show of the semester wraps in Colorado
In the final hunt seat competition of the semester, the Colby Community College equestrian team traveled to Colorado Springs for a Nov. 4-5 event hosted by the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
CCC had several riders place in the top three including three first place finishers.
"I am pleased with our continued success at our second hunt seat show of the season," said assistant coach Sara Jamison. "We've also identified some areas where we can improve and use our break in competition this winter to hone our skills so we can hit the ground running in the spring."
The team competes in a western show Nov. 11-12 in Lincoln, Neb.
